  • Will I have lifetime access to MOVE?

    Yes! MOVE is your roadmap to healthy joints and pain-free movement for life. You can return to the program whenever your joints need extra care or repeat it multiple times to track your progress and see long-term improvements.

  • How long are the workouts?

    Each session is about 20 minutes per day over 4 weeks. You can do the mobility and strength exercises as your workout and use the movement flow at the end of the day for relaxation.

  • I am a complete beginner. Will this program suit me?

    Absolutely! MOVE progresses with you, gradually increasing in difficulty. You don’t have to advance until your joints feel ready. Using modifications isn’t a failure, it’s meeting your body where it’s at. We’re building a strong foundation, so take your time!

  • Do I need equipment?

    You’ll only need floor space, a yoga block (or a thick book), a chair, slides(or paper plates) and a mat.

  • Will my body shape change?

    MOVE is a restorative workout designed to restore full range of motion (ROM) in your joints. Better ROM supports muscle activation, prevents injuries, and improves posture. While improved posture may change your body shape, it won’t necessarily alter your body composition. First, move well. Then, move often.

  • Do I have access to you as my trainer?

    YES! I am only a email, message or video call away. I will reply to you in 48 hours or less.
